We grow our own organic echinacea for ECHINAMIDE® products on our very own farms, located in the Okanagan region of British Columbia. Dubbed Factors Farms, our farms also produce our herbs for unique formulations, all of which are harvested fresh by hand and processed within hours at our nearby extraction plant.

Natural Factors serves customers throughout the USA from our US Sales & Distribution Center in Everett, Washington. Our head office, state-of-the-art production facilities and International Sales are located in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. We have Eastern offices in Mississauga, Ontario and our other facilities include extensive farms, Factors Farms, where our production facility and liquid extraction plant is located.
