Antioxidants (such as vitamin C, vitamin E, beta carotene, grape seed extract, and milk thistle extract) protect the gut and liver while stimulating detoxification activities. The natural bioflavonoid, quercetin is an antioxidant that stabilizes the cells in the gut that are responsible for allergic reactions.
