Dr. Kate Rhéaume-Bleue, N.D. explains that would be the wrong thing to do according to a study that says exercise is beneficial for people with chronic lung disease. “The less patients with COPD exercise the more likely they are to end up in the hospital, due to complications,” says Dr. Rhéaume-Bleue.
