How do I make a return?

To make a return, you have two options:

  1. Login and go to My Account.
  2. Select My Orders.
  3. Click Return next to the product you wish to return. Note that only fulfilled orders can be returned. If your order is unfulfilled, you will have the option to cancel instead.
  4. Follow step-by-step instructions.

What can I return?

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of receipt, and you may place a new order for an alternate product.

How do I create an account?

Setting up an account is easy! Click the icon, select Create Account and follow the prompts.

How can I make changes to the details on my account?

To make changes to your account details, follow these steps:

1. Login with your username and password
2. Click on My Account page
3. Click Edit your profile

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase online?

No. We offer guest checkout, but if you choose to procced as a guest, your order history will not be saved and cannot be referenced at a later date.

How can I sign up to receive the Natural Factors newsletter?

How do I make a return?

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

All online orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), except on public holidays.

How do I check my delivery status?

Once your order has shipped, a shipping notification with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

How much will delivery cost?

We offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more before taxes. Shipping fees for orders below $50 will be applied at checkout.

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?

How do I cancel an order?

Step 1. Login using your username and password.

Step 2. Click on My Account and select My Orders.

Step 3. If your order has not been shipped already, click Cancel.

How do I track my order?

If you click My Orders button on the order confirmation email, it will take you to a page with your order details.

Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be added to the page and you will receive an email notification. You may use the tracking number through the shipping company to track your shipment.

How do I place an order?

Step 1. Select the product(s) you wish to purchase and add to cart. You may review the items in your cart and make changes to add or remove items.

Step 2. Click the Check Out button.

Step 3. You may continue as a guest, login to your existing account, or set up an account to continue.

Step 4. Follow the directions as prompted.
