Shipping policy

  • All online orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), except on public holidays.
  • Orders cannot delivered to PO Box addresses
  • Once your order has shipped, a shipping notification with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • We offer free shipping on orders of $49 or more before taxes. Shipping fees for orders below $49 will be applied at checkout.
  • Most online orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout
  • After your order is placed, to have your parcel redirected to a different address, please contact ordersusa@naturalfactors.com
