How do I make a return?
You have two options:
OPTION 1
visit https://naturalfactorsusa.returnscenter.com and use your order number and email.
OPTION 2
Step 1. Login and go to My Account.
Step 2. Select My Orders.
Step 3. Click Return next to the product you wish to return. Note that only fulfilled orders can be returned. If your order is unfulfilled, you will have the option to cancel instead.
Step 4. Follow step-by-step instructions.
What can I return?
We accept returns of unopened products within 45 days of receipt, and you may place a new order for an alternate product.
How to claim the guarantee?
NATURAL FACTORS 45-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Natural Factors Nutritional Products Inc. (“Natural Factors”), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Natural Factors product you purchased from the Natural Factors website or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement product within 45 days of the date of purchase.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Natural Factors 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
How To Claim The Guarantee
If you purchased your product from naturalfactors.com, please visit the Returns & Exchanges page (https://naturalfactorsusa.returnscenter.com) to initiate your request. You will need your order number and email address. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail the unused portion of your product to Natural Factors, or provide other information to assist Natural Factors in processing your request.
If you purchased your product from another authorized seller and are unable to return your product to the authorized seller from whom it was purchased, please contact us at 1-877-551-2179 or use the Contact Us form on our website (https://naturalfactors.com/pages/contact) to submit a Guarantee request and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail the unused portion of your product to Natural Factors, or provide other information to assist Natural Factors in processing your request.
You must submit your Guarantee request within 45 days of the date of original purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.
Guarantee Guidelines
Natural Factors reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Natural Factors concludes that the purchaser has abused the Natural Factors 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Natural Factors may amend or terminate the Natural Factors 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.

Setting up an account is easy! Click the icon, select Create Account and follow the prompts.
How can I make changes to the details on my account?
To make changes to your account details, follow these steps:
1. Login with your username and password
2. Click on My Account page
3. Click Edit your profile
Do I need to create an account to make a purchase online?
No. We offer guest checkout, but if you choose to procced as a guest, your order history will not be saved and cannot be referenced at a later date.
How can I sign up to receive the Natural Factors newsletter?
We’re so happy you’d like to join our e-newsletters. You’ll get tons of valuable health tips and information, plus we offer e-coupons. Please go to our website and scroll to the bottom of the page to sign up.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
All online orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), except on public holidays.
How do I check my delivery status?
Once your order has shipped, a shipping notification with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
How much will delivery cost?
We offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more before taxes. Shipping fees for orders below $50 will be applied at checkout.
Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?

How do I cancel an order?
Step 1. Login using your username and password.
Step 2. Click on My Account and select My Orders.
Step 3. If your order has not been shipped already, click Cancel.
How do I track my order?
If you click My Orders button on the order confirmation email, it will take you to a page with your order details.
Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be added to the page and you will receive an email notification. You may use the tracking number through the shipping company to track your shipment.
How do I place an order?
Step 1. Select the product(s) you wish to purchase and add to cart. You may review the items in your cart and make changes to add or remove items.
Step 2. Click the Check Out button.
Step 3. You may continue as a guest, login to your existing account, or set up an account to continue.
Step 4. Follow the directions as prompted.
