Suggested Usage
All uses except jet lag: 1 tablet at or before bedtime or as directed by a physician. Jet lag: 1 tablet at bedtime, while traveling, and at destination until adapted to the new daily pattern, or as directed by a physician.
Warnings: Consult a physician before use, especially if you are experiencing long-term sleep difficulties, if you are pregnant or nursing, are taking medication, or have a medical condition. Do not drive or operate machinery when taking melatonin. Keep out of the reach of children.
