I’m trying to find one for the whole family. My son is 10 weighs 70 pounds would one capsule per day be efficient? Does this product need to be refrigerated to keep the active cells active?: Hello Tara, Natural Factors probiotics have stability at room temperature. Each capsule contains more active cells at time of manufacturing than the amount that is stated on the product label. To maximize active cells concentration and potency, probiotics should preferably be kept refrigerated. Room temperature storage will slowly decrease bacteria concentration.
