Finally a dosage that REALLY WORKS

"I have no thyroid, lizard dry skin, no nails and what i do have chip and flake and do not grow, short very thinning extremely dry brittle hair that is balding. I was devastated! I started taking the biotin here at the lowest dose with no results. I then went to a higher dose; still nothing. I finally went to 10,000mcg. In about a year my hair is full and thick with zero balding (all filled in) and down past me bumm; I now cut my hair back almost a foot about every six months. Having my hair down to the back of my knees was a bit much to care for; so the small of my back is long enough. My nails are very thick and long to the point that I need to file them back every three weeks. My skin is sooo much better. But I also eat clean, I only use L'Oreal Ever Pure to wash hair and skin and Nivea and CeraVe Intensive moisturizers in tubs. These products could never have maintained my needs without Natural Factors Biotin 10,000mcg doing its job well from the inside! Thank You so very much Natural Factors for a great high quality supplement."
