Needs to say something like: 'each capsule provides 150mg of Magnesium Citrate yielding 23mg of Magnesium'. Right now the label is ambiguous. This product label risks people developing serious Magnesium deficiency because the label misleads them into believing they are getting a lot more Magnesium than they are actually getting per yield. Both Potassium Citrate and Magnesium Citrate yield less elemental mass (K or Mg) than the compounds themselves simply due to the molecular chemistry.
