Please note that this product is not intended to be taken in this manner and may not have a pleasing taste, but it does not affect the efficacy of the product. Although, you may find the taste unpleasant/unpalatable, you can also mix capsule powder in juice, applesauce or yoghurt and be sure to consume right away. You can also try Berberine LipoMicel Matrix 500 mg (SKU 4584) some consumers will chew the softgels, it also a strong taste however. Here are the softgel ingredients: (gelatin, glycerin, purified water, carob powder), medium chain triglycerides (coconut), bergamot extract, MSM, xylitol, Stevia rebaudiana leaf extract, phosphatidylcholine lecithin (sunflower).
