"I had trouble staying awake all day. Started taking these and I feel great. No need for an afternoon snooze! stopped taking separate biotin tabs and my hair is actually thicker with new hair growing. Some nails are stronger than others but overall, this product is fantastic."
"I purchased these because they have lower amounts of B12, A, and have biotin. However they are Not as effective as their other multivitamin, my eyes are not as clear, and I haven’t been sleeping well since I started taking them. Also no nail growth in almost a week, despite the fact that this formula in comparison with the other one has biotin. Also less of the fruit and vegetable blend and herbs. I will stick with their original formula, I just wish they would lower the amounts of b12 and vitamin A, and add biotin."
