Amazing anxiety and panic attack relief

"This has taken away my chronic anxious feeling that felt like I was having panic attacks all day every day. However, my periods are all over the place for the past six months. I don't know if I am not supposed to take this every day or not and honestly because of how good I feel anxiety and panic attacks wise, I could care less that my periods can be 11 days apart to 20 days. So, with that I didn't give 5 stars for wonky periods but I give 10+ for anxiety relief. Even a panic attack I do get from actual scary things are easy to control and often don't get "full blown""
